  Norma graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1954. She was a former teacher at Mid-America Christian University and taught in the Oklahoma City schools for 33 years. She was a photographer, played the organ and piano, was a Master Gardener and an accomplished artist. She was a writer who wrote a children's book named "Elmo." She enjoyed and loved her only dog, Anika. She also enjoyed traveling and visiting friends near and far.
