  The deed of Martha Jacob, daughter of Henry Scudder, dated 11 February 165_, sells to Ralph and Elizabeth Weston of Horton Kirby in the county of Kent, England, properties in Horton Kirby and Sutton-at-Hone which she had inherited from her father. This included tenements and land in Horton Kirby, another piece of land called Prickles Meade in Horton Kirby and Sutton-at-Hone, and tenements with outhouses and gardens called Chappell Greene in Horton Kirby.
