  Timothy was a member of the Kent Christian Church and a senior at the Indiana School for the Deaf. He also participated in the school's athelic program. He was found dead at the edge of the Ohio River near Madison, early Saturday, another apparent drowning victim, police said. Authorities believe Madison, who was found in three inches of water, drowned after pitching his tent too close to the rising river. He was among thousands of people gathered for the annual Madison Regatta hydroplane races.
