Capt. Gould's company, 36th regiment; company return [probably Oct 1775], dated Fort No. 2, Cambridge; the word "Canedy" follows above name, probably meaning that said Haydon had marched to Quebec. He then served in Capt. Joseph Trufant's company; order for bounty coat or its equivalent in money dated Weymouth, 30 Dec 1775. He then was found as a private, Capt. Joseph Trufant's (Independent) company; enlisted 1 Jan 1776; service, 1 mo., at Weymouth.
