  • Notes 
    • In 1880, Cooper was a drug broker. He was a member of the Philadelphia Club, a founder of the Radnor Hunt, and a member of the Philadelphia Country Club, and the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. He was also for some years a member of the Philadelphia Troop of Light Horse, now known as the " First City Troop," and served with this organization during its " Three Months' Campaign " in 1861.
