  Fritz was an engineer and designer of industrial machines and tools. He retired from Bell Helicopter Division in Texas. Fritz set a very good example for those around him. He was polite and protective of his wife and children. Fritz would often be seen wearing a suit coat while repairing the lawn mower as an example. He would not allow anyone to refer to his wife as "she." He said "she" has a name.
